Lip Liner
Lip liner is usually in a pencil form, and is used to define the outer edges of the lips and create a border edge for any other lip colours you want to apply. You can also use lip liner on its own, blending it across the lips for a subtle sweep of colour, but this can be quite drying so it not suitable if you do have dry lips that are prone to cracking or peeling.
