The modern world can be very tiring on your eyes, with pollution, pollen and long hours spent staring at computer and television screens all putting a strain on our sight, and we can soon start to lose the sparkle in what is normally one ofour best assets.

If asked, over 40% of all women will claim to be currently on or starting a diet. Women are constantly trying to find new and easier ways to stay healthy and lose weight. Of course if you’ve been at this for more than a few days then you probably know that it doesn’t happen overnight! Losing weight and feeling better takes dedication and actual sweat-equity. However there is one easy to maintain trick that you can use to help shed some of those unsightly pounds. Green tea has been shown to be very effective when used in a healthy diet and exercise regiment.

Clothes with lots of details and accessories are usually left out in lieu of functionality and comfort. The sporty look is comfortable and stress free. Accessories are usually a no-no in this look. Go with comfortable shoes – sneakers, sandals. Make up shades need to be natural colors…when was the last time you saw a tennis player with bright red lipstick?! Hair styles are typically shorter and if left long are typically left in a ponytail with a basic tie. Floral perfumes are good for the sporty look as long as they are subtle and aren’t too overpowering

Eye makeup is especially useful to really make the color of your eyes come alive. Eye

makeup products can make a smaller set of eyes look brighter and larger, and already large eyes can obtain a beautiful depth of color and richness as long as you are using the right shades and products.
