Raising a teenager is usually pretty tough on both eh child and parent. Make sure to bring a lot of separate pieces in your suitcase. Instead of packing a bunch of predetermined outfits, try to load up only the pieces you wear most often. The pill was designed to effectively prevent pregnancy with an average sized woman. Apparently the drug companies think 150 pounds is a normal size for a woman and so designed their pills to work the best with women of this range of weight. Lastly, make sure that all outside doors remain locked at all times and that any rooms that the children cant be in are also closed.

Getting your toddler to sleep is one of the most frustrating experiences for parents. There are countless tips on the internet to help parents get their kids to go to bed, however most don’t work. Below are some proven tips that will help teach your child about when to go to bed and stay there all night. As long as you follow along with these tips and stick with a normal routine there really should be no reason for your kids to fight you come bedtime. It’s all about conditioning.

 Don’t use bedtime as a time to play or bond with your toddler. Bed time is bed time…that’s it. If you wait until before bed to play with your toddler they are more apt to want to stay up and continue playing. If they’ve had 1 or 2 play times with you earlier in the day then they are much more likely to be tired and ready for sleep.
